About the studio
Adama Paris is the womenswear label of Adama Amanda Ndiaye, a designer of Senegalese origin born in Kinshasa who lives between Paris and Dakar. Its collections often use pagne tissé, an organic cotton handwoven by Senegalese artisans, and the brand sums up its spirit as fashion made in Africa for the world. Ndiaye also founded and produces Dakar Fashion Week and Black Fashion Week.
