A little update to our favorite handwoven braided leather shoe. Rooted in centuries of Mexican craftsmanship, our Huarache is a celebration of artisanal technique. Handwoven by artisans in the highlands of Michoacán, México, these braided leather flats trace their origins to the local Purépecha word kwarachi . We utilize natural, vegetable-dyed leathers that are intentionally designed to evolve. With time, wear, and sunlight, the leather will beautifully darken, developing a rich patina that makes your pair entirely unique to you.
